Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Tanyaral purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Free return shipping for U.S. orders
How to Return an Item
- Log into your account and go to Order History
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
- Print your prepaid return label
- Pack your item(s) securely and attach the label
- Drop off at your nearest shipping location
Don't have an account? No problem! Email us at list@tanyaral.online with your order number and we'll help you process your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help you find the perfect fit!
- Follow the return process above
- Once we receive your return, place a new order for the item you'd like
- We'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Pro Tip: To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry and accessories (unless defective)
- Gift cards
International Returns
- International returns are accepted within 30 days
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
