Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Tanyaral purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Free return shipping for U.S. orders

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
  4. Print your prepaid return label
  5. Pack your item(s) securely and attach the label
  6. Drop off at your nearest shipping location

Don't have an account? No problem! Email us at list@tanyaral.online with your order number and we'll help you process your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help you find the perfect fit!

  • Follow the return process above
  • Once we receive your return, place a new order for the item you'd like
  • We'll refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Pro Tip: To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry and accessories (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

International Returns

  • International returns are accepted within 30 days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
